Why is my video buffering?
Buffering can be caused by:
- Slow internet connection (we recommend 10+ Mbps for HD)
- Network congestion
- Device performance issues
How do I download content for offline viewing?
Offline downloads are available with Premium and Family plans. Look for the download icon next to supported content.
